Updating viewer repo to use latest packages and components

• Updating core, appui, presentation repos to 4.0.0-dev versions
• Disabled viewer-components-react widgets in test apps.
• Replacing deprecated components to be in line with latest versions.
• Removing deprecated components
• Removing unneeded files and implementing the core repo version
• Commenting out some tests
