Mute doesn't work #120

I'm currently in a hangout and muted everyone with the Hangout Toolbox. This 
works for everyone, except one participant who doesn't get muted.

I don't know the exact stept to reproduce it because this randomly happens.
A screenshot is attached where you can see everyone is muted and I'm still 
hearing someone (you can see his volume indicator).

Same here. Mute worked in a previous version of the toolbox, and now for me 
never works at all.
