Compound grapples are not refreshed after extracting one of its children #16

First move a node in a compound to the top and then extract that node from the compound. Compound size changes, but grapples are not refreshed. This bug was also introduced after https://github.com/iVis-at-Bilkent/cytoscape.js-node-resize/pull/13
