Add links to the file and commit nodes that direct the artifact to the respective Github page.

Notes: For renamed files, set the end date as the date it was renamed. You can also leave the link empty or alternatively include the link to the renamed file.

URLs have been added to the commit nodes.
For renamed files, the end date has been changed to the day it was renamed.
For deleted files, the end date has been changed to the date it was deleted.
For files that were not renamed or deleted but still exist, a URL has been added.
