UI Suggestion: Check All Checkbox for Query #64

I believe it would be a good UI practice if the "check all checkbox" is automatically selected when all query results are selected by checking their checkboxes. For instance, in this example, I checked the checkbox of index.md example, but the checkbox on top was not checked automatically.

This issue is actually related to the visual application, so we'll need to address it there @SelinBaharGundogar . The issue addressed invisuall#389
