Add to scoop package management #23

Adding it to the "extras" bucket (feed) would allow many more users to discover this tool and easily install it.

Tbh I don't have enough time atm to write app manifest, but it should be done at some point. I am planning to add micswitch to Chocolatey, Scoop and maybe Microsoft Store. But I won't be able to do this in the nearest 1-2 months :) Thanks for the suggestion though ! Never heard about Scoop, has been using Chocolatey for several years :)
