FINAL FANTASY XIII crashes on startup

The game silently crashes before window appears. wined3d is working.

• Wine: 6.0 + Large Address Aware patch
• wine-nine-standalone 0.7
• Driver: radeonsi (Radeon Vega 3 Graphics, Mesa 21.0.0)
• Log: The last line is debug output from "device9:EvictManagedResources" but not error
• Trace: Logo screen that is displayed after window opens, recorded with wined3d. It replays without error even when Gallium Nine is enabled

This seems fixed in Mesa 21.1.0-rc1 (this was not a bug in wine-nine-standalone). Thanks.
