M502 writing build script #33

The python build script is already tested in a fresh installation of Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04 using VMware. THe cmkae file is changed so paths are not hardcoded.

@riteshsv could you please test it on Linux and if needed update it to work with Mac as well using the same style.
