Windows: Scrollbar appears but does not scroll #2

Like the title says, I can see the scroll bar, it resizes itself when the page resizes, but I cannot drag it via mouse and it does not move at any point during or after scrolling the page. Any ideas? I'd love to use this plugin, personally.

Also, for what it may be worth, I'm not getting any errors in the console either.

OK, I'll check it out. Please tell me your OS/Chrome's version.

I guess it caused by conflict with some other extensions. So, please check it works correctly or not with disabling all extensions except MinimalScrollbar.

I've tried disabling all other extensions, but unfortunately it made no difference.I'm using Windows 7 and Chome Version 41.0.2222.0 canary (64-bit), however it doesn't work for me in 37 either. Thanks for looking into this.

This is the only page I've seen it work on: http://bodhimods.com/php/contest.html Coincidentally, it is the only page I've seen with a horizontal scroll bar as well, if that provides any help.

I'm sorry for late reply. I couldn't reproduce your issue, but fixed several major bugs. Please update v0.3.7.

If it still doesn't work, post me details about it. I'll check it out again.

Some websites are facing this issue.
