More queries, variable name changes #10

Lots of updates! We can now...

query a list of bills with a subject parameter
query a bill by id
query a person by id
get a person by subject (by querying a list of bills with a subject parameter, getting each sponsor's id, then for each sponsor id, get a person by id)

I've also changed the variable names in the schema to match what the front end side has right now. Hopefully that will make integration easier.
