Configurable prayer duration instead of the fixed 5 min #20

In my country Qatar, we wait after the call to prayer:
25 min at Fajer and prayer takes maximum 12 min = total 37 min
20 min at Duhur and prayer takes maximum 10 min = total 30 min
25 min at Aser and prayer takes maximum 10 min = total 35 min
10 min at Magreb and prayer takes maximum 12 min = total 22 min
20 min at Isha and prayer takes maximum 12 min = total 37 min

It will be of great benefit and help if I can set the duration from the start 
of the athan till I leave the Masjed.. this will help in two ways:

1) Schedule meetings and appointments after the maximum possible time a prayer 
might take.
2) Through some apps (e.g tasker for Android) phone can be instructed to do 
certain tasks (e.g. put phone on silent mode) based on calendar entry.
