Isha and Fajer Times are way off #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Isha and Fajer timings for my city st.andrews are way off .. it shows isha at 
1:40 AM when it is 11:52 for example .. coordinate are 56.333 and -2.8733. I am 
using firefox athan plugin which is supposedly the basis for your program and 
it is perfect. I appreciate your help.

Same issue as the previous poster, Fajar and Isha times do not match the prayer 
times at local mosques or the timings at Islamicfinder.org
I have selected ISNA for the calculation of Fajar/Isha.

I have an interesting observation. I am calculating for Milwaukee, WI. With the 
exact coordinates of my house. Here are the things I found.
The Fajr times are off by about 2 mins
The Maghrib and Isha times for today came perfect in the calcuations shown on 
the webpage but when I downloaded the calendar and loaded it into my outlook 
2010 ... it differed by at least a min. See the attachments
