Instead of --most, --least, etc. flags. Maybe I'll keep the --never flag and add a --new flag.

Idea: Have a take subcommand for taking the entire quiz and a review subcommand for reviewing parts of it.

As of b9e16e47 the fundamentals are implemented, just needs some tuning.
