Suggestion for hiding ugly a title tooltip #18

I just got tired of ugly a title (Title:: desc ) tooltips so here is something you might want to consider This was originally for my own script that is using MA but you can adjust it to do this by default. To be honest I have jet to find a lightbox ( moo or jq ) that is doing this.
