Fixing up payment amounts for members #6

Thanks for your patience with us in Tues 24th Sept. It was a really helpful session.

In your demo of fixing up the payment for my membership, you deleted the previous payment record and added a new payment. However, I do not see the DELETE option you used: 1

which I recall was next to VIEW and EDIT. Can you please check, or is this option only available to CiviCRM system administrators?
