Added LineBreak to Footer #116

Seems I managed to add some "-ParseToken" switch when i copied my work into the repo, should be fixed now as it only has the simple change of allowing a LineBreak in Footer section

@MrM1y4g1 Thanks for the PR. Can you implement the same change for HTML and Text output? If one format supports line breaks in headers and footers, they all should. Thx, Iain

@iainbrighton no problem, there you go :) went ahead and added the feature to both Footer and Header while also confirming output.
