s4pd - make object open files from relative paths #15

I had the scm files in a 'scm' folder relative to the help patch but did not declare it as a path.

trying to use "scm/" before the file name did not work and I think it should cause that's what intuitively happens in the Pd world

Asking on the Pd dev list for opinions on behaviour for relative paths.

fixed now in source code, will update ticket again when fixed in next release candidate and help file has been updated
