Some exceptions tests fail with GCC 13 built on macOS 14.3.1 and CLT 15.3

I just updated my Intel Mac and I noticed that two exception tests failed.

The same build passed on older Intel Mac 10.13 and M1 Mac 11.6, with older CLTs.

Anyone else experiencing these issues?

Unfortunately I'm no longer able to test, I reverted to CLT 15.1.
