i have created an new project with angular-cli 6.0, but i can't use this extension to create components

I have a problem with that. Vscode was wrong when it started. I think it should be related to this.

Environment

Angular CLI: 6.0.0 Node: 8.11.1 OS: win32 x64 Angular: 6.0.0
