Hi, @mtxadmin! Thank you for opening an issue!
@iam-py-test will get to this as soon as possible
This appears to have something to do with their "Driver updater" and "registry cleaner", which are both hosted on the same website. Concerning the main "WinZip" program, it installs a ton of random junk such as "Secure Backup", "Image Manager", and "Duplicate file finder", none of which appear to be able to be uninstalled without removing the main program, but if that alone is a cause for listing is a matter of opinion. As I have zero criteria on what should and shouldn't be blocked, I will have to think about this. For now, I have delisted all the subdomains, which should hopefully make it easier for people to unblock this domain if they chose. Sorry.
@hagezi Personally I don’t think this should be removed from your ultimate list
I agree than 7-zip, for instance, can be better choice, but it is wrong to name the well-known WinZip utility as malware.

It’s definitely in the tracker/bloat/malicious category.
Given that I have no evidence that the main WinZip program is malicious or in any way fits with my (extremely arbitrary) criteria for inclusion, and given that circa-Summer 2021 era decisions by me are fairly questionable, I have delisted/removed the main WinZip website but have not removed the blocks on the other "system cleaner" software. I agree that it's bloatware, but in my opinion, this is one case where it's blurry enough that I don't want to get in on this. If you know more than I do, and there is something legitimately malicious about this program, feel free to share.
What extention/adblocker/firewall do you have?
What website is being blocked?
winzip.com
Why do you believe this is a false positive?
Winzip? Seriously? I think, it is a clear false-positive
Did you try updating your lists? This could fix the problem.
Thank you!
