breaks Youtube Shorts Comments/Description Overlay.

To reproduce:

1. Add the Anticookie List to uBlock Origin
2. Go to a YT Shorts
3. Click the comment/description box:

The overlay doesn't appear.

The issue is fixed by adding an exception to that rule in uBlock Origin:

www.youtube.com#@#tp-yt-paper-dialog.ytd-popup-container.style-scope

Is that filter necessary? It was added to block some kind of paywall here https://github.com/iam-py-test/my_filters_001/commit/d5b183074b2627ee623dd012c581f222a3623365#diff-c9831c0a79a3a3460b122adc5fd24050f57613bc65cec766a425bc33807ce44bR46 but I'm not sure what's exactly it is blocking and I haven't seen any paywalls.

Did you try updating your lists? This could fix the problem.

Just a note, I haven't updated that list in a while (I have less time, it was getting harder to do as some websites were either completely broken or used server-side/very complex client-side defenses, and I wasn't even sure anyone used it) Now that I know at least one person uses it, I will try to devote some time into updating it
