Why Any Pokemon, irrespective of its CP, will run away after you throw a Pokeball ??

You might have got a softban. Avoid to travel to far from your location on a short period of time.

dont use the TELEPORT... then everything should be fine.

Dont launch Pokemon Go App, run this first and teleport to your location. Then, as your building the project, make sure "update xproject location" is enabled and keep pressing the arrow key until Pokemon Go launches and you are where you teleported to. I've always avoided the soft ban by doing this.

You got soft banned. Depending on where you teleported to, it will go away in up to 6 hours (at the worst).
