Winddirection abbreviations still in english

Hello,

Thank you for your great work, and recent update..

I wonder if it would be possible to translate the wind abbreviations (N, NE, NNW etc) in the selected language.

it also could be in the regional.js file I already translated the Dutch (nl) part, the rest is still in english
