Support remaining features Demos wants:

Change spawn location.
Support changing backgrounds. Turns Docker supports this natively so this is just an instruction in the README.
Use ports 10K-11K for RTC and expose on Docker. Checked with Hessel.

As discussed: I'll add a background.js file that can be read by both server that can be replaced using a Docker mount. I've removed the start_position env parameters.

At this point these two commits don't really have a relation to each other anymore but individually they still make sense so I'll merge this.
