With svn r510 i get this "nice" layout.

Yeah, I see that's a problem :)
Fixed in 511.
Did you try using View -> Rotate Board?

Thx for the quick fix.
Rotate board is cool, but why i have to do it 4 times changing the plyers view?
I think the 1/4 states are useless.
