engines.xml in installed PyChess #210

I tried to make new PyChess package for my Linux ditrib. All went good, the
new package is installed ok, but when i start PyChess, it wants to save
engines.xml in /usr/share/games/pychess dir, and if fails with not enough
rights error.

Fixed in rev 602. Moved engines.xml to ~/.pychess
