Wrong identifier name for extension fields #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disable all fields using option * type:FT_IGNORE
2. Enable an extension field using Msg.field type:FT_STATIC
3. The pb_extension_type structure is not generated.

Bug is probably on line 648 in nanopb_generator.py, which uses wrong identifier 
when looking up the options.
