Use direct offsets with PB_FIELD_32BIT #144

Describe the requested feature:
When compiled with PB_FIELD_32BIT, we could just use direct pSize/pData offsets 
in the pb_field_t structure, instead of incrementing the pointers.

In what situation would the feature be useful:
Would reduce the size and execution time slightly.
