Allow /* */ and // comments in .options files #145

Describe the requested feature:
Currently only # works as comment character in nanopb-specific .options files. 
It would be nice to allow // and /* */ comment styles also.

In what situation would the feature be useful:
The other two styles are allowed in .proto files, so it would be logical to 
allow them in .options also.
