Fix build warnings with Microsoft compilers #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile the code

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the code to compile cleanly.  I see warnings like 

"conversion from __int64 to int, possible loss of data"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

npb-0.1.6.  Windows.

Please provide any additional information below.

Thanks for the patch. I enabled -Wconversion in GCC, so that it should catch 
this in the future.
