Document dynamic allocation #80

Just adding this to the tracker. Dynamic allocation has been on the wishlist 
for a long time, and there is already a dev branch with preliminary support.

It should be integrated to the main code some time.

Encoding side has been implemented by Martin Donath and is now merged into the 
master branch.

So far done:
1. Generator changes
2. Encoding support for pointer fields
3. Testcase for encoder side

Still missing:
4. Decoder side
5. Documentation

Everything else done, documentation still missing.

Should be ready to use in nanopb-0.2.7 anyway.
