IE browse fail #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open on IE
2. Move item up or down 
3. then you cannot move it again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Run good in many web browse

but
when download from http://plugins.jquery.com/project/NestedSortableWidget .It's 
fail :(
