window location on laptop #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click start
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
lower part of start panel is cut off by screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
laters on win8 machine (vivobook x202)

Please provide any additional information below.
Possibly screen resolution issue 1280x768

Win7 
The window is opened where the mouse is.
Put the mouse on any corner near, on the quarter, and Alt+ Z the windows is on
the same corner.
Not a probleme, may be needs to be documented.
