Use CLDR short names #109

Merge these with the current set, probably.

See also #88 for adding gemoji names where they differ, too.

the CLDR names are pretty bad in a lot of cases. i'm currently considering adding a few of the "better" ones (subjectively) ad primary short names, but only a few

i still have a branch hanging around for processing the CLDR names. i'll push it, but no plans to merge currently
