2764-FE0F is describd as "heavy black heart" #184

I noticed there is a "name": "HEAVY BLACK HEART", in emoji_pretty.json, but the actual image(2764-fe0f.png) from a spot check are red.

Ahhh, I see on https://emojipedia.org/red-heart/ it explains why.
