Update to Twemoji (fork) to 15.0.3 #234

Updates Twemoji to 15.0 as https://github.com/jdecked/twemoji/issues/8 was closed and https://github.com/jdecked/twemoji/releases/tag/v15.0.3 added.

The https://github.com/jdecked/twemoji/ fork was updated to 15.0. I updated the references and submodule to mention the fork. There were some optimized SVGs in the commits from 14.0 to 15.0, hence some images are modified in this PR.

I ran the commands in https://github.com/iamcal/emoji-data/tree/master/build#building-the-data (I excluded changes to other sheets).

Closes #225.
