ETA for a new release #20

The last release is from 2015. In the meantime, a fix for UTF-8 support has been merged but never released.

Is there any chance to get a new release tagged ?

i just tagged the 1.8 release (after updated from travis to github actions). thqank you for the suggestion!

at some point i will probably update the package more generally to make it object oriented and switch to phpunit, but noit today :)
