Add HippoVideo as oEmbed Provider #525

Hippo Video is a video engagement platform that helps our customers to connect with their prospects and lifts their sales, marketing, and support efforts. To get integrated with multiple services using oembed, we have added Hippo Video as a provider here.

Using the central registry is highly discouraged - you should instead use the discovery mechanism to allows services to consume OEmbed resources: https://oembed.com/#section4

Thanks for merging the PR.

Yes, using the central registry for integrations is not a good practice. We have already done the discovery mechanism in our product. But, few integration limits the valid providers using oembed.com/providers.json API. To integrate to such services, this was needed.
