Adding Trackspace to oEmbed providers list

merged and site updated, thanks. changes will be reflected when caches expire in ~1hr

Many thanks! I have tried testing with oembed.link but I receive the error:

No Oembed Provider found for: http://trackspace.upitup.com/track/22 This URL may not be publicly embeddable. See the list of support providers on the home page

However I do see the entry in the linked JSON. Any clue why that might be?
