Legal status of icon set #5

What is the legal status of the images used for these emoticons? Are these taken directly from iOS or are they from some other source? Are they GPL licensed?

They are taken from here: http://bitcontrol.org/2009/10/18/emoji-rubygem-for-iphone-softbank-ntt-docomo-kddi/

I suspect they are ripped from iOS

Icons have now been switch to gemoji and their copyright notice is linked from the readme
