Follow Buffer #115

Is it possible to have the preview follow whichever buffer I am on? If I am editing a couple of markdown files it would be nice to have the preview match whatever buffer I switch to. Is this possible? I disabled auto close, but it stays on the render of buffer it was started with.

It's possible, but not support yet.

Any updates on this? The extension is not usable for me without this so I have to resort to https://github.com/euclio/vim-markdown-composer but that doesn't have scroll sync and other goodies.
