Add [[wikilinks]] support. #537

I like to use Wikilinks for my Zettelkasten but [[Wikilinks]] are not being displayed as intended. Following line

- All notes shall be written in the Markdown Language [[i2tn]]

gets displayed like this

It would be nice if they could be rendered like they are in Wikipedia or somehow similar. If this is not the intended usage of this plugin it would be nice if we could use this issue to list some alternatives specifically for Zettelkasten or Wiki users.

My plugin helps, give it a try. I use Telekaste (Zettlekasten) too, and I wrote this MD preview plugin to make Wiki user happier
