[Feature Request] PlantUML local rendering

Hello, maby I miss the option, but I would love to see an local render option for plantUML. I try it by myself, but Im new to Neovim an not that good in lua that I create it.. I saw the option in an Obsidian plugin where you can select:

• Server URL
• Path to local .jar and input path to java
