How do I push a branch up here for a PR? #648

I can't push a branch up here for a PR.
It asks for password login, then git says this is unsupported.
Do I need permissions?

You need to fork this project and push your changes to your fork. In your pull request you ask a branch from your fork to be merged to the main branch of the original repository.
