fixing some white backgrounds and borders #26

I don't know if it is personal taste, removed some annoying white borders from some icons and fixed the lack of contrast difference between the keys and text on the "Keyboard Shortcuts" page.

I'm just a user of this product, but I really like this change.

Sadly, not sure if this repo is being maintained anymore though.
