User menu, notifications, messages dropdowns made dark #32

sorry for not ordering the images... but there are the before and after of the messages, user menu dropdown, notifications and options also re-styled the scrollbar... i did all these changes for myself, if any line causes problems, idk if you can select individual lines to merge :)
