Various additions and improvements #8

  1. Changes paging-eof invert filter from 100% to 90.6% for better integration with background.

  2. Fixes blur of "View all" box in Library, which looks too dark because of invert filter.

  3. Make font on small buttons(sc-button-small) a bit thicker, or it becomes so thin it looks strange.

  4. Apparently SoundCloud shows pop-up hints and tips to new users, added dark theme for them.
