This PR covers the following changes:

preprocess_kh9, a tool to run all or some of the pre-processing steps for KH-9 Hexagon Mapping Camera images
adds tools to spymicmac.micmac to run Tapioca, Tapas, and AperiCloud
adds multiprocessing support to spymicmac.image.remove_crosses
