webrtc4all in ie 11, WebRtc4all_GetPlugin() can not get version and createPeerConnection #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.download webrtc4all_windows_1_35_981(stable).sfx.exe and install
2.ie11 can not get version and createPeerConnection
3.safari can

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
