[Possible Downtime] New Server Transfer #38

The wiki site is being transferred to a new server Lots of stuff have to be brought over and re-configured, such as IPs and more. In addition, since we plan on bringing more wikis to our team (more on this soon!) we will need to reconfigure some things for security.
